Consultation and Development Group, Inc. has been helping small and medium sized organizations grow and prosper since 1990 when it was founded by John C. Flohr in response to increasing demand for his consultation services.

Dr. Flohr, earned a Doctor of Education degree in School Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University, and holds Pennsylvania credentials as a teacher, licensed psychologist, certified school psychologist, and public school superintendent, thus bringing a unique background of training and experience in education and management to his extensive work in information technology.

Other key staff available include a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and senior developers with strong backgrounds in engineering and computer science.
